• Maps and plans of the subject property
• The zoning on the subject property [this shows the uses of the property, e.g.horse ranch, commercial, residential etc.]
• Data sheets, showing room sizes, type of construction, age of home, taxes etc.
• A current property disclosure statement or P.C.D.S this points out any problems with the house and is a legal document signed by the seller for the protection of the buyer.
• We can show large parties around in our van or take you to difficult to reach properties in our 4x4
• We can also access ocean waterfront in our fast boat or lake front in our smaller boat.
• We can show you any and all properties on our beautiful Sunshine coast from Gibsons Harbour to Pender Harbour
• If and when you find a house or property you want to buy we can provide you with the names of lawyers/notaries, banks for mortgages, names and numbers of survayors, doctors and where the nearest golf course is and which day is garbage day or even where the quietest beaches are.

AND HERES WHAT WE DON'T DO..... NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCHES (everyone hates that even us!!)
